The City of Quitman, Arkansas is a great place to volunteer! There are many opportunities for residents to get involved in activities that enhance our community. Volunteers are vital to the success of our community. Opportunities within the Quitman area can accommodate individuals, families, groups, businesses and people of all ages and abilities.
Annual High School Student Scholarships
Awards a $500 to a Quitman Senior high school student every year based on the requirements below:

Christmas Angel Tree - Family Sponsors
Each year we sponsor our community families by providing Christmas gifts to children in our area. If you would like to help us provide for these kids please go to Quitman City Hall & pick up your angel family. We will also take donations. All help is appreciated!
Annual QuitmanFest Celebration - Vendor Participation
The city of Quitman holds the QuitmanFest celebration annually. When vendors participate in this community celebration, half of the proceeds paid for their booths are given to the Quitman Community Connection volunteer program. These proceeds help fund activities like the Angel Tree project, scholarships, and many others.
